The CCD visual laser marking machine is specially designed to solve the problems of poor positioning and low efficient during marking process because of difficulties towards making special clamps for the irregular marking objects.

But with new advanced technology,Sinotech laser company designed a new model CMK-20 CCD visual laser marking machine to achieve more accurate and efficient marking process. The processing objects can be marked at any position as long as the object is within the scope of the laser scanner. With this technique,the marking process can be much more precision efficient and time-saving.

Features and advantages of CCD Visual system

1. Micro products are no longer a pain that laser marking or soldering does not dare to touch. The visual system makes “small” become “large”, and the accuracy problem that cannot be controlled by traditional marking machines can be solved here.

2. The accuracy of the fixture is no longer the controller of the marking accuracy. The precise positioning of the visual system frees the requirement of  the fixture precision. At this time, the accuracy of the marking has nothing to do with the fixture as the visual system comes to realize the position precisely.

3.The angle and location of product placement are no longer constrained. Simply place the product in the laser light range of scanner field and there are no other requirements.

4. Utilizing CCD visual system to guide the laser marking process achieves high-precision positioning. Even placing the processing objects randomly on the marking scope it can mark on the right position of the objects. In this way to eliminates the cumbersome, manual inefficiency and fatigue of the alignment fixture.

5. The Camera can be auto focus in 3 seconds, no need to manually adjust,Visual recognition precision can reach 0.01mm.

6. Coaxial vision imaging, WYSIWYG, can be deflected with the deflection of the vibration lens, real-time observation of the processing situation, can achieve synchronous positioning of products while marking at the same time with fast high-precision performance.

7. Visual automatic positioning can realize different identification of different features, different quantity products can be automatic recognized,automatic capturing while laser marking corresponding to different marking processing.

8.CCD visual system can be equipped on fiber laser marking machine, CO2 laser marking machine with assembly line to save labor cost.
